Let-to-Buy

As well as purchasing property on a buy-to-let basis, some people realise that it would be preferable when they move home to retain their original home as a rental investment.

The chances are the property is in good condition (or you know its little foibles) and you like the area in which it is located.  In addition, in comparison to an alternative buy-to-let investment, there are no acquisition costs such as stamp duty and you save yourself an estate agent’s selling fee.
